    Well, I've decided that if I don't get the preordered cd tomorrow that I will head to Tower in Philly and pick mine up at midnight tomorrow.

    After my 10c copy didn't arrive on Saturday I immediately thought:

    "I'll do this one...MY SELF."

    I put the family in the car and we drove to an independent record store so I could buy the disc. It was $15.00 and worth 10 x's that to get it at that moment. I thanked the storeowners up and down and walked out of the store with the disc held up high, like the Olympic torch. I jogged/jumped over to our car and I could see my kids cheering from the back seat. My daughter was really excited for me. It was a very cool moment. My wife thinks I'm ridiculous in my obsession.

    I opened up the disc and put it in the stereo as soon as I sat down in the car. If the word "fuck" is written into any of the song lyrics I didn't hear it as the music played. I was glad because I didn't have to skip or turn down any of the tracks and we listened to the whole album in order as we drove around to complete the Saturday family errands. At each stop, I waited in the car with the kids of course. We couldn't stop listening once we started. ;)

    I'm glad I didn't wait any longer. An early delivery of the 10c disc would have been the ultimate surprise but I'm just not that lucky sometimes when it comes to the club- no fault of theirs. This was kind of a "red headed stepchild" type weekend for me in quite a few ways. On Saturday I said, "fuck this" I'm taking care of myself today...and I did.

    I've been listening ever since.

    It is so sweet. It's Better than I thought it would be. The shows are going to really be special...for cereal I mean it guys.

    I'm sorry. I would have loved to hook anybody up that hadn't gotten it yet.

    My heart nearly blew out of my chest when I saw it. I knew it would be where I bought it.

    It is a really cool store. If it was close to me I would shop there all of the time.

    Glad you finially listened to it MC.. and sounds like it was well worth the wait. I actually listened to the whole album in order for the first time Friday and I really liked the flow and tempo of it... just a great record from start to finish and bound to become a favorite Pearl Jam album for most fans.

    I agree with you. I can't get over the fact that I like every song. I have never liked every song after only the first few listens. None of these tracks have to grow on me. I love em all. :D
