obviously the market value is determined by demand...its just comes down to the fact that people really want to live here and they will pay out the butt to do it.

Uh, Sometimes has been a pretty standard all be it rare opener the last couple of tours.

Now if PJ really wants to get the crowd into the show early, they should do what they did in Dallas 03 and open with Alive.

Now after looking at the Australian dates and factoring in the unannounced Perth date(s), I'm thinking either first or second week of December would be the Hawaii show(s).

You're a little late. Grace asked me last night. If you were up last night and not sleeping, you might already be going. ;)

I think you two need to do battle to see who's going. ;)

Right ... like someone else here would ever buy you a birthday dinner?

I guess BA would give you Take 5 bars, but that hardly constitutes dinner.

just a random thought, all or none would be a good encore song, or maybe even an opener...hmmm

I would prefer none of All or None.

    B*O*R*I*N*G!

Two nice openers for Camden would be:
    Long Road- 1st night
    Severed Hand- 2nd night

We will get Smile one night, probably the first night.
Satan's Bed and Red Mosquito will be played as will the following:
    Light Years
    Faithful
    Indifference
    and many many more.

    1st show= 28 songs
    2nd show= 30 songs

The "holy shit" moment: ???????????(that is part of the reason why we love this band)

They will play nearly all of the new album across the 2 nights.
The beer inside will be expensive.
The posters will be nice, but not as good as some of the other venues.
It will rain at least one day, but not during the show.
Someone will ask you if you have any extra tickets.
    The flag will be awesome.
Someone will throw up (not me).
Someone will be forced to dump in a spot-o-pot(not me)
It will be hot and crowded
The number of hippies in attendence will be significantly less than Hartford.
The 2 upcoming shows will rival any of those ever played by Pearl Jam at the Camden Tweeter Center.

    These are bold predictions

and I may be way off.

I'm just glad that I have a high speed internet connection and will be able to download these amazing Camden performances 24 to 48 hours after their completion.

yep, that's about the going rate nowadays... it's crazy. I can't believe what they get for row houses in mayfair and I don't wanna think about houses in Fox Chase going for a quarter of a million.

joe- why wouldn't anyone buy her a birthday dinner?? I mean I know she eats and drinks alot and all ;) just wondering

yeah but not for long.. I think they'll start to go up faster, especially as all the construction starts on the river with the condos and parks and whatnot. I've heard from a realtor that if you live in Tacony, don't plan on moving within the next 5 to 10 years. Over that time prices will skyrocket because of all the new development in the area.
BTW- there's 2 houses for sale on my street ;)

Just got coffee and it is absolutely perfect outside right now. Sunny 60 degrees. If next week is like this it would be awesome. Unfortunately it's going to 80 or so which blows.

Now, please don't mention the irony of me wanting to go to Hawaii where it's always warm. :p

Just got coffee and it is absolutely perfect outside right now. Sunny 60 degrees. If next week is like this it would be awesome. Unfortunately it's going to 80 or so which blows.

Now, please don't mention the irony of me wanting to go to Hawaii where it's always warm. :p
it looks kinda nice out here

speaking of coffee, lew did you ever get a chance to try the green tea at starbucks? to die for!

No not yet. I will though.

I ate Oreo cookies last night with milk...the first time with milk in years. Now I understand what that stupid song is all about because it was good. My smile always looks great after eating Oreos...like I just ate catapillars or something.

Speaking of Smile...I really want that played at Camden. I've never seen that one, unlike Red Mosquito or Who You Are. :)
