    sleight of hand

i try not to pass judgement on album tracks that may be "questionable" until i hear how it translates live. Sleight of hand really didnt do it for me on the album, but its amazing live. Once the live boots drop of the album tour, i rarely listen to the studio albums...

This song LIVE floored me too!

In My Tree was sick live (90's)

Lightning Bolt is incredible live, too. The jam at the end is unbelieveable.

Before I saw Wash live, I just liked it, but after I saw it I can feel every word of it every time I hear it

Wash. Ed brings such intensity to this one live.

Gotta say Pendulum, been hearing it on the boots for weeks now and then the studio version came on during my drive to work and it's just not as good. It's like it's missing most of the intensity, maybe it just is better with that raw edge that comes when it is played live. Also most of the cheese is removed from the end of the which I like better.

You never really had to begin with.

Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.

Everybody has their own version of their fav, it was listening to the Hartford and Seattle boots where the guitar is heavier and in Seattle Eds voice just has a rough edge that to me really fits the overall feeling of the song. Don't get me wrong I love that song both ways but live it just....wow.

Of course, that's one of the great things about the band. So much variety to choose from. Everyone has their personal favorite albums, songs, version of particular songs, etc.
