    I've had some medical issues of my own for the last few months so not really been paying attention, sorry for being a bit selfish.Nothing horrendous, but a lot for me to get my head around.

    Thanks my dear, it's more a case of realising I'm not superwoman and I am epileptic! I'm getting there though and adjusting my thinking that I will be medication dependent - a lot for someone independent to get to grips with. But hell, I defo have it easy compared to the battles of others so I need to give myself a kick up the ass!
