Please have a thought for my Lisa

Hi all,
Lost my beautiful bride, my best friend, my Lisa to Lung cancer last Thursday. She was diagnosed 2 days before Thanksgiving, but the disease had already spread to several locations. She was 58. She was a Pearl Jam fan, but really an Eddie Vedder fan. We shared a love of the Boston Bruins and Red Sox, and had lots of other common interests. She was my soulmate. There are a ton of wonderful, caring people on these boards. I'm asking you to please have a thought, a prayer for a fellow fan, and a great person, my Lisa. Thank you...

I got a bit choked up reading your post.
It never ceases to amaze me
how people on this board come together
to support one another in times of trouble.
More importantly, it amazes me that so many people here
are compelled to share such things with one another.
I do not know you, but I will offer my prayers
for you and your soul mate.
