Awesome, but how do you bid? Clicking on the picture just brings it up. Do you just post a comment on face book?

    Looks that way

Confused though as appears to be open bidding yet some bid less than those before them

I'm confused too. Check the comments under the Seattle print. From Milk and Paper "We are betting for someone offsite as well "facebook user". They don't have Facebook." ? So folks who don't have Facebook are also bidding on these 3 items? Which site & where? Does these Facebook posts bidding count? Very weird. :|

    this touches my heart.
a friend of mine with EB passed away last spring.

thanks again pearl jam for all you do.
*~Pearl Jam will be blasted from speakers until morale improves~*

  • EB is a terribly awful disease. I put in a solid bid for one poster, so hopefully it's enough, and if not, then at least EB gets a bigger donation!
Yeh I've seen Pearl Jam, too. But I can't remember the dates.

So Eddie signed nine posters which were on sale as part of the merchandise at last night's Perth, Australia solo show for $200 each, Money to be donated to Heal EB.

It seems that some rotten person bought one for the sole purpose of flipping it straight away on Ebay for hundreds of dollars more. Can this please be stopped ?

I agree, this person has a lot of Australian PJ stuff for sale. It's not fair to EV & PJ fans to be expected to pay these crazy prices. There would of been so many true fans that would of paid the money last night and appreciated the poster for what it is. Not to sell it on for a ridiculous price. I hope no-one buys it :)

So, I'll choose my words very carefully and keep it to the topic of this thread.
I was very disappointed to experience intimidation by 2 gentlemen while waiting in the line for this poster. I was having a conversation with another woman in the line about the situation of flipping items on eBay and wondered openly why any fan would engage in this practice. I then spoke of a specific ebayer (idk who they are) who has dozens of BDO items listed at starting prices several times their purchase cost including a signed and doodled HealEB fundraiser poster. I mentioned that they have "a US eBay account" (I have one myself) at which point these 2 gentlemen turned around and aggressive told me "that person is in the US!! What do you care what they do? It's nothing to do with you! You're gonna get your poster, so who gives a shit!" They were successful in intimidating me and shutting me up.
Fortunately, a had some supportive new friends around me to give me some background and help me laugh it off. I don't care who these guys are, I don't know them, I don't care to know them and I'm not about to go on a witch hunt. What I do care about is my personal safety and the personal safety of anyone who wants to simply be there, see that, buy the t-shirt. I shouldn't have to be with my husband to feel safe. I shouldn't have to watch what I say to feel safe. And neither should any of you, including the 2 faceless men in question. Take care of each other out there. Ms Figgy out!

That would be the person whose Ebay link I posted above. The signed Heal EB Perth Poster has been withdrawn from sale. Funny that.

I was behind you in line, the one who got the last signed poster! Those guys were assholes and totally out of line. The fact that they spoke to you made me immediately suspicious!! I hope no one buys the stuff they're selling!

Another girl posted on Facebook yesterday saying she had been abused by a group of guys in the merch line before the EV Perth Saturday night show because they overheard her talking about Ebay flippers.
