Was at the Worcester 1 show and did'nt get the chance to witness the greatness of Pendulum...

Heard Pittsburg, Buffalo and Worcester II....

From those 3 Buffalo was the better Pendulum version...

From what you heard on the boots... or live... wich 2013 tour Pendulum sounds the greatest?

So now i've heard Pittsburg trough New Orleans... My best version of Pendulum?... Charlotte

I only have two boots (worcester I and hartford), so I can't do a fair assessment. The Hartford version sounded great though.

Probably an easy winner in front of Worcester II ... they just did'nt get the piano part right that night....

I bought the Pittsburg boot simply because I wanted to hear it the first time. Just thought it would have been amazing to be there and get that song. Seems like such an amazing opener and to not know it's coming... I had to hear it in HD.

I've also got the Charlottesville Boot in HD and the Pittsburg version is better.

I was there for it. unfortunately 2 guys were in the middle of a massive fight with security over getting into the pit without tickets (they had wristbands, but no tickets). it was directly in front of me, and pretty distracting. they were thrown out near the end of the song, but I missed out on enjoying most of it.

Hartford and Pittsburgh were probably my favorite versions of Pendulum after hearing all of leg 1 2013.

For me it was Buffalo...on the first night of the tour, with eddie's talk of mixing up the setlist, i didnt know what to expect but Pendulum was awesome!!! The next night in Buffalo I literally thought it would be ANYTHING BUT Pendulum!!! And then it was!!! And it may be just me, people disagree on this all the time, but I thought Pendulum received more crowd support at Buffalo.

I would award brooklyn 2 that title having heard all the versions and witnessed Hartford and Worcester 2.
Hey I'm a boston guy so if I say brooklyn 2 is the best.. You know it's gotta be !

I like Hartford, but I agree Brooklyn II is really good as well.
I still haven't found a reason to pick one over the other.

I meant that I didn't know wheather to pick Brooklyn over Hartford or the other way around.

I have the Worcester II show. Yes the intro is different, but in total I still prefer it to the Boltimore version of Pendulum.

Seattle was the best for me cause that was the one I got to experience in person, although the first timethey played in Pitt sounded pretty sweet as well.
Anything you lose from being honest
You never really had to begin with.

Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.

    Here's my opinion…
I had no idea what I was hearing so I neither liked nor disliked the song I just listened intently. When "of the girl" began I got pumped. Maybe that is not saying much for me personally but I have to admit I was waiting ( and pounding beers ) until I could sing along.

As God and all you guys are my witness I will never wait for the album to come out. I will get every song as soon as possible so I never experience this again. For me…I want to scream along to the songs not hear them completely oblivious to what I'm hearing.

This was my plan….I thought it would be so cool to hear new songs live but it just wasn't as good as getting excited when I heard the first notes of each song.

Maybe because I always imagined what it would have been like to be at those first shows back in 91 and 92 when Pearl Jam was brand new. I don't know, I feel like a shithead for writing this but it's the truth.
    I found my place......and it's alright

No need at all, it sounds like a sound explanation wanting to experiance it fresh.
That being said I can't imagine why Pendulum didn't hit you hard even though it was new.

not a shithead! my buddy wanted to hear them fresh, i wanted to recognize each one. i personally think i enjoyed it more in the moment, but i can't diminish the way he felt afterward about the new experience of a PJ song he'd never heard. between those first 2 nights we got all the new songs but getaway and sbm so i was very glad to already love those songs.
listening to the stream, sitting on the beach in new york between the two shows(avatar photo) with ed singing to us "i could set myself right here and drown, drown, drown.....wow...then after the show we were out of the city in moments (parked on the corner right by the onramp) and back to the beach as the yellow moon rose over lake erie...wow

    wow isn't enough,
    thank you pearl jam

I only went to the one Show,So I can only say that it was the Oakland Show.
Best night of my life.To see, hear and feel. Most Awesome! I was so afraid of the what-If's for G.A. But it ended up being the best place in the world.Eddie took my picture from the Bus,Then recognized me later near the front and signaled that he liked my Tie-Dye Blouse. The only thing I missed out on was the Tamborine he tried to give me.But my Son did get a pick from Stone.I think the biggest thrill was the excitement the show brought to my Son.He said it was the greatest show he's ever seen. This Old Girl did good. Can't wait for next Fall,But I'm sure I'll never have another night quite like Oakland! Thank You 10 Club. :)
