    I think though with the '03 shows, werent the second shows announced already after the public sales of the first shows? I dont think it was this early in the tour when they additional shows for '03 were announced.

    I'm almost positive that in 2003, the only shows that were back to back in the US with ten club seats for both nights was MSG.

    So it would be weird to have Toronto, Chicago, and New York City to have back to back shows with ten club availability and not to have them for Philly or Boston.

    Not to take anything away from Chicago and Toronto, but Philly and Boston have a bigger base of fans.
