    I haven't bought a bootleg yet from Nugs from the recent 2013 tour, but I have been following these developments….. Nugs' customer service is atrocious.

    I got an email from nugs last week saying sorry for the delay in shipping, and giving me a free download to the show I ordered. Only problem is the show I ordered has not be mixed and released yet ??

    Im not sure how the 10c runs their business and im not gonna play that i know how to do better but alot of times when a third party runs things for them a mess..if u put out Kufala where that was the best service ever we ever gonna see around here ,the rest of the times was a huge mess...nugs now..europe tickets sabotage at 2012..universal for vs-vitalogy deluxe.ups thieves at ten deluxe packages and dont get me started with this vanila forum..i know 10c cant do alone all but the third parties they choose are always makes more problems tham solve things

    Pretty sure they are not closed this week, or taking a mid winter break. They may be closed today for the MK King holiday. I think the thread was started as a joke.
