    I just became a member in October and loved the Forum! This is the first time I've been on it I over a week because I hate
    the new layout! It hurts my eyes and it's confusing. The old layout was easy to read...

    As I said else where, with a few basic lessons a computer dummy like me could create a better layout than this.

    -Color contrast is too bright. Bad for the eyes!
    -New smilies are super dorky
    -Post are confusing- they should be boxed and should have better isolation of signatures.
    -Messages center is way more confusing.

    I know, bitch bitch and more bitch. Hells bells, why do I like this place so much? Argggggghhhhhhh! (But I do.)

    has anyone been on Soundgardens forum? Since the change I mean? Kat and Sea moderate over there too. I wonder if they made this horrendous change there too


    edit, the used to mod over there when SG came back online. Not the case anymore.

    edit v 2.0 seems the time limit has been removed for edits?

    That's a good question, and I'm actually afraid to look and see. My entire account is screwed up ever since the new format. How that happened is beyond me. Well my 10 min limit is up and time for me to get off here before headache kicks in....

    Also, anyone worked out how you're supposed to search for old threads? Where's the search function. I tried the thing at the top left of the page, but it doesn't work.

    I had signatures turned off on the old board and quickly turned them off on this one. Improved things here a lot.

    The white is too bright but as long as I use my phone or a tablet I am getting used to the new layout. As soon as I look at the board on a computer though...ugh. Still hideous.

    I just did the same thing looking up an old thread still not able to find anything. There's a search bar on the far left and tried that and naturally it didn't work either. Maybe you'll have better luck.

    I don't think this group of fans could ever get that organized, GF. And I don't think we should expect much more to change here for quite a while. Maybe next time the layout is changed they will hire someone with better credentials and forethought. Let's face it, this design flat-out sucks.

    It's at least third for me. The first is random seating for rows 1&2, the second is not being able to get a Wrigley ticket when I've been a member for twenty years, in my home location no less.
