Daughter's Christmas present (note: resizing kinda compromised the integrity of these photos).
Unwrapped:
On her wall:
Nice red lacquer frame with a cool chunky floral-like design to it, and the poster is "floating" (i.e., on top of the mat) so that you see its edges. First time I've had one done this way, but it won't be the last.I SAW PEARL JAM0 -

This is my favorite EMEK poster:
His Bon Iver from the Santa Barbara Bowl back in '12...I didn't do THIS show, but did see Bon Iver at The Joint at The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas a few weeks before this show & the poster was just okay:
I LOVED the EMEK as soon as I saw it & and was fortunate to pick one up in his online sale...I got #22 of 100.
I also bought an AP of his Coachella poster from this year:
I've got EMEK's Monster poster from Wrigley and the Portland poster waiting to be framed!!!

Is there a framing DIY post? There needs to be! I got my MIA poster framed for Xmas last year at Michael's or whatever and it looks great. However, i don't have thousands of dollars to get them all done. With the Ikea frames, how does one go about attaching the poster to the matting?0

Thanks, guys. I went into the frame shop with a chunky brown lacquer frame (one that would look like cracker jacks) and more traditional mounting under a red or blue mat in mind, but my framers are really good at what they do, and I generally leave there with a much better frame job than what I had in mind before entering.I SAW PEARL JAM0 -

I have two of the ivy clings, so I put them on opposite corners on top of the glass of my Wrigley Emek! Great minds think alike!2013 Wrigley, Pittsburgh, Buffalo

I would love to. I only own one poster. To save me the time of googling the best ways to frame a poster I would value your advice to help me frame my poster.
I purchased the london d face poster via 10c after the concert.
BTW where is the love for mym having mic probs live for the first time0 -

This would depend on your budget...
I prefer to have mine professionally framed at a locally owned framing shop.
Many people in this thread like to use American Frame & do their own framing projects.
They have a tutorial and also some FAQ's that will walk you thru the steps...
Here's their website:

One other piece of advice...the COUPON prices that many "Big Box" framing stores offer are usually not a good value. Their prices are often way to high to begin with and I've heard of many instances where they have damaged posters.
Looking forward to seeing pictures of your finished project!!
