Sorry fot the build-up

I had all my cd's out over the weekend, resorting, filing etc, and was looking at the track listings. So my question is:

What's your favourite opening track and why???

Interesting choice we have.

To kick things off, me saying:

Can't Keep. There is something about that rolling drum intro that just seems to announce that the album has kicked off. To me it has that feel of an intented introduction, and succeeds in doing so. Melbourne 3 in 2003 perfect example.

YES! They've got the domain name http://www.soundsunlimited.com.au but the only thing on there is the logo and maybe "Under Construction" (I think). We're getting a mate to make a website for us with online ordering etc for the surrounding towns out west etc. Hopefully that will be starting this weekend!

What differences are you going to make to ensure its viable and makes you a bucketload of cash $$$$$

At the moment, I'm thinking Life Wasted. When I bought the album, Leigh and I sat down with beers all excited and when I heard that song start, I thought "OH YEAH! MY BOYS ARE BACK!!!"

It's in the Flinders Mall which is sort of near the beach and near the nightclub strip.

HEAPS of things will be different! The owner had a baby a few months after they established it and since then, her brother has been "working" there (not "managing" it). So basically, no one has cared about it for a year or so. With an owner manager, it will do MUCH better. And the stock they have is pretty crappy compared to what we're getting in. But we'll have to slowly build that up each month until we have an ideal level.

Leigh's getting all the Application forms this week for Warner, Sony, EMI etc. Hopefully we'll get some good freebies!!!!
