well they're pretty easy to spot.. must have no fly buys, must have other shopping bags in trolley, must have an item requiring packing on it's own, must make eye contact with you when you say hi.. problem is many people do this so it is hard to pick

Promos are usually via Newsletters and ya have to be a member to get the newsletter....so not usually any new customers.....but sometimes they forward the newsletter onto a friend and then I get a new member and customer.....etc:
