Yes, I'm working on my ebook. Doing the changes from the last proofread. Got to fix up the cover and then put it on ebay tomorrow (hopefully) then finalise the website and start selling it there...then get my Clickbank affiliates selling it for me...and then do a million other things.

sounds like a quiet night ;) good luck!

We're ringing Darkhorse either tomorrow or Wednesday. Then if they so no (or give us a neutral answer like "it's still on the heap"), we're sending it to 10+ other publishers -- Australian and American.

Leigh has a new character now that we're working out pictures, scripts, storylines for and doing up a proposal to send to all the different publishers. Just got to keep trying. It will happen one day. If not, we'll have a hell of a lot of characters, comics, stories, ebooks, more comics etc to leave to our children! :D Who'll probably never read them -- inconsiderate little shits!! ha ha

    oooooh fingers crossed :D

an optimist zig, i'm impressed ;) and the kiddies bit.. well.. a realist too :D

you make a good point though! don't throw ANYTHING away.. :D god i wish i kept this old comic pappas made, it was sooo funny (as in bad).. it reminded me of those dodge early 90s PC games, except there were obscene amounts of ninjas involved!!

nope, no one was home. the wife went on a shopping trip.

    luckily she didn't spend much.

Does Bianca spend a lot of money? I know chicks that spend SOOOO much money it's ridiculous (and men actually)! They'll go shopping for nothing and come home with $200 worth of shit. New wine glasses (when they have a million already), some candles, some new oriental placemats, napkin fucking holders...just crap that will either eventually get thrown out or sit in a cupboard. I hope I never do that. Just buy for the sake of buying. Every now and then it's okay if you just really want to buy something so you buy something so you've bought something. But every friggin weekend is such a waste of money.

Fucking donate that money, sponser a World Vision kid, donate some food to the RSPCA if you're going to spend money on absolute shit.

Rant over...off to get another wine.

Actually we've got a friend over having a few beers but I keep disappearing to make more amendments and I've got the music blaring.

Now I'm about to piss the boys off by putting Cliff Richard on. Nothing better than some Cliff Richard after several wines! ha ha :D

I loved him when I was little. He was my first concert at age 3 or so. Mum and Dad weren't going to take me but to their surprise I sat there mesmerised for hours. Didn't move for the whole concert! Then saw him in grade 4 and grade 11 or so (with Olivia Newton John). Fuck, I was in Heaven that night! I've loved Olivia since I was really little too (because of Grease -my favourite movie!)...ha ha!

After Cliff, I went onto Michael Jackson (late primary and grade 8)...then Pearl Jam. ha ha :D

Two of my first tapes were Immaculate Collection and Like A Virgin that I flogged!!!! I loved Prince too because my older brothers and sisters loved him in the 80s.

My mum and dad are 63 and 64 so listened to much older stuff. Oh yeah -- remember I love Elvis too because of Dad! Old late 60s, early 70s Elvis! HOT! Mid 70s onwards not so hot!

Now I know why you like Billy Idol! How old is your mum?

Yeah, loved MJ! Still do! Looks like a freak but I'd still like to see him dance across the stage!

    Listening to the Cure now!

Well, the intro talked about what you should do to prepare yourself and then what to do when you THINK you are pregnant and then what to do once you KNOW you are pregnant -- and then a read a bit of Month One! That was enough to blow my mind...so much shit to remember and do and plan for.

Leigh spends more than me too....not much more but he buys more dvds, comics and shit like that.

Some chicks I know are really ridiculous. I wasn't implying Bianca was like that...(just wanted to clarify that)

I'd be happier with my money too....but I'd like to sponser a World Vision kid....was looking it up the other night. I think it would feel good....anyone here sponser children?
