Yes it was. I did it for 2 weeks and stopped when we were into our last week of owning the shop and we were just too busy to fit everything in....but we're starting up again when my holidays start in 2 weeks....and then want to continue.

Well I tried to get into it....I think I was doing okay....it's just so friggin hard to try and not think about anything....for a 20 minute session - TWICE a day. The more I try not to think, the more I think. But I can't expect to be doing it properly within 2 weeks -- some people take years to master it and some people never quite master it.

Some I felt more relaxed....or afterwards I felt more awake (like I'd had a cat nap and felt all refreshed). They say that you might think of old memories you haven't thought of for ages and that definitely happened to Leigh and I. They say that meditation is good for creative people and it's good to meditate then try and be creative straight afterwards because the creative channels are open or something like that. I;m going to try that over the Xmas holidays.
