  • I was thinking about going to one of the Sabbath/Soundgarden dates as I like some of Sabbath's stuff, but I'm definitely not going to bother if there's no Matt...As He is integral to SG's sound and no one could replace him...and yes that includes Dave Grohl before someone says it !!!

I agree. I'd be surprised if the US get more dates, but who knows.

The Australia dates are already booked and they are early in the year. I think they will hit Europe for the festival season and then some additional fall dates in the US. Likely through the midwest but probably a show or two on the coasts as well.

I could see them easily doing a 3 week tour through the US next year in the Midwest/South. A lot of cities they missed, Denver, Chicago, Minneapolis, Nashville, Atlanta, Houston, Detroit just to name a few. I'd be kind of surprised if there were no US dates next year.

I would be surprised if there were no dates for the entire year too, but I was thinking Europe/Not Us for the Spring time frame. I fully expected another Fall US tour, even without this announcement.:)

Same, sucks for Soundgarden fans in South America and Europe, but I really hope that means a lot more PJ next year. Soundgarden has all of 2015 to tour

true, and it looks like they intend to, although whether Matt can be replaced remains to be seen.

They invested a lot of money in this new stage setup they are using. You don't do that if you don't plan to tour.

Matt...you made the right call! :D

I agree, he DID make the right call. All 5 of these guys in PJ really are brothers. It's enjoyable to watch them together as a team. A DREAM TEAM! 8-)
I died. I died and you just stood there. I died and you watched. I died and you walked by and said no. I'm dead.
