    I never EVER watched it. I do remember some annoying blonde kid in the ads though with REALLY bad hair. I definitely don't know their names so I'm not sure who Simon is!

    Do u think that Matt looks kinda like Michael Jackson as in hes had too much surgery..probably gets it cheap cos his 2 dads are plastic surgeons...that explains it.....:P

    You can watch Seventh Heaven week days at midday on 10, I think. The kids are all grown up now, except for the twins who are 7.

    hehe.. I was just saying the other night that I thought Matt was strange looking. It looks like he's wearing lipstick and his eye brows are painted on or something. He's a bit less girly looking now he's shaved his head though. His other father, Sean has a few "issues" too, so it could be him even.

    We bought nicotine patches today. This is our LAST night of drinking and smoking EVER! Going to have to give up the piss for a while or else I know we'll break and say "aahh, we'll just get ONE packet!!" I bet we'll smoke lots of the good stuff though! :o

    Okay, the patch has been on for 2 hours and so far so good.

    I don't smoke during work hours except for one at lunch when I go home soooo we'll see how I go then! I imagine it's going to be MUCH harder tonight when I'm at home when I usually smoke about 15 ciggies!

    So tonight we're getting Snakes on a Plane to watch to keep our minds off it. Hope it works! :D

    Just start biting your nails instead!

    I never used to smoke during work hours either but would always light up when I got to the pub in the arvo. Didnt hit the pub for a couple of weeks...and bang....I was over them. So the video idea is a good one.

    Its easier than you think mate. I had one on NYE and whilst it went down OK - it def did not make me feel like another one. And I even cut down a heap on the green.

    Im counting on you here!!!

    Thanks for the advice! The hard thing for us is that we have a few beers after work at home each day so we're stopping ciggies AND stopping drinking as well.

    We don't really smoke that much green anymore...maybe a bucket or two a night. But I think that's because we drink every night...so I imagine our green intake will increase for a while.

    Yep I would definately give the ales a rest for a while. Sounds like the trigger to me. And I totally understand the green increase.

    I was WAY more addicted to the habit/association part. Beer = ciggie.
    Knew I was never addicted to the nicotine so it was just a matter of doing things differently for a couple of weeks.

    I think so ... I haven't been near there for a month because of the freaking cicadas! I live in that white apartment block with the timber framed windows at the back of the golf course, just off Cabbage Tree Road. Hey don't smash any windows .. just get all the cicadas out of the area for me. Bash them with your golf clubs or something! :D
