    Where exactly will you be doing this? Don't think its allowed in the parking structure on the campus. Could be wrong though

    I called them and they said it's not allowed, so we may have to do it secretly, but I don't think it is illegal to sing/play PJ as loud as possible.

    Probably at least 2 hours before to stand in line.

    I can get cargo pants with large aluminum foil lined cargo pockets and store pre-cooked burgers, brats, and hot dogs. I'm working on converting an oxygen tank into a beer keg to hide it from authorities. I'll smoke while wearing the tube in my nose, that way it will be more believable.
