    jacket and sleeve in excellent condition minus a small corner ding on each

    vinyl:

    both scratched

    Both Warped, one more than the other

    popping noises on opening tracks of both sides and random songs on each LP (bought 2)

    some songs played great

    No glue residue I could see

    So what's the deal with the postcards?
    Are all of the 10C versions supposed to have one or is it totally random?

    Oh and my copy of LB had a perfect sleeve - as for the vinyl, I've sent my email...

    mine both had a double page of stickers, in the LP (the fragile part is my guess) and a postcard with download info, nothing special just a piece of paper with info on downloading.

    have people been getting something different?


    Oh yeah forgot the defective vinyl in both sets

    warped, scratched right out of the package, and pops(not regular vinyl pops either-which there really shouldn't be anyhow)

    Ordered mine from Amazon.de earlier this month and UPS guy just dropped it off (estimated delivery was next Monday). The covers are in good shape, will have to wait until later tonight to open and take it for a spin.

    Got another copy ordered from a local record store, they should have them in stock later this week.

    I just got my replacement vinyl in the mail. That was a LOT faster than I expected!

    received mine today has the same sound issues that most are experiencing. (song gest stuck on future days for me)
    the jacket/sleeve (not too sure) my copy the artwork has a "hand painted effect" as in does have a smooth glossy finish
    is this normal?

    also minor dent and smudges on the jacket plus plastic is peeling off the sides

    Finally got my original the other day from TC. Not sure if it's part of a different lot or what but it sounds great, all the way through. It's black, pendulum postcard included.

    I just got my replacement. I haven't played it yet but I'll let you know. No postcard. Sadly. Uhm, the vinyl looks weird and it's not smooth on the edges. Pretty weird.

    My replacement was waiting on my doorstep when I got home from Charlotte. I have not taken it out of it's sleeve yet but the center label/sticker is peeling away from the vinyl :x I hope it sounds good.

    my replacement vinyl arrived today and it's perfect. umg did a great job on this. they said my replacement jacket/sleeve will be several weeks.

    Replacement jacket/sleeve? What was wrong with it? Mine had a 2" tear on the top from shipping. I mentioned it in my email to them about the vinyl...didnt hear anything back.

    my jacket and sleeve were both ripped along the seams from shipping. i attached pictures of the damage in my e-mail to UMG. i wrote to let them know my replacement vinyl had arrived, and asked for an update on the jacket/sleeve replacement. they said it would be several weeks before those shipped.

    If I were you I'd open it carefully and check the condition of the vinyl. A year from now they probably arent going to replace them. I bought a few for gifts and they were all bad. Waves, smudges. I have 30 year old vinly that looks better.
