What was my 8th Pearl Jam concert had to be the BEST EVER! Thanks to the 10Club for the awesome seats right beside the stage and only 8 rows up. (H-16-115) I squealed like a little girl when the lady at the Will Call showed me where my seats were!
I still cant believe how easy it was to sneak my camera in! The security guys didnt touch the women at all...they just asked me to turn a 360 then pull up my pant legs to see my ankles. I crotched my camera and looped the wrist band around the button of my jeans!
Everyone has reviewed the hightlights in this thread so I cant add to that! The night rendered me virtually speechless as I was in total awe of the excellent setlist and response to it! A good friend at my side, and my favourite band for the last 14 years, performing on the stage in front of me, it doesnt get better than this! (yes, I one of those 45 yr olds who never grew up!)
Pearl Jam has been such a huge part of my life over the years, and I cant thank the band enough for getting me through it, with the help of their music!
Here are a few of my pictures:

I can only hope that the Toronto show on Monday is half as exciting as last nights was.

Some tech guy came on the put it up but ed made a move to the guy to say "forget it!!!" For the next 2 minutes maybe he was really mad !!!
Anyone else noticed!??!

Ottawa is a great city. It was my first time but hopefully not my last time there. Loved the market area. All of the people were super friendly and very talkative. Seems like a chill place. The bus ride back in to the city was fun. A giant sing along. I would love to go back to Ottawa in the winter and skate on the canals. That has to be so cool. Hail Hail to the capital of Canada.0

Hallo,
Awesome awesome show. I can't say enough about it really, I went with my friend Julie who is huge fan. Amazing just doesn't cover it, and yeah, I just may be on the cusp of becoming diehard. It was an awesome pre-birthday present.
From section 117 of the Corel Centre, I'd like to extend a huge thanks to the cute guy sitting next to me who not only "shared" (much appreciated), but made this almost-35 year feel pretty damn sexy and like I wasn't quite so long in the tooth.
Amazing show, awesome fans... now to figure out how to get to Saint John's NF for the show there.
(I posted a long review on my blog http://www.afraidofdiving.com)
cheers,

I rate this as my the best show I've been to, after State College - it many of the same ingredients - great crowd, some rarities, and less played songs, singalongs (been a lot of those this tour), length of show, STONE SINGING.... (we started chanting 'Stone' after) we had great seats, me and my daughter - side section 103 on Mike's side - my best 10C seats ever. As my daugher (11) kept saying 'total facial expressionage' or something like that - she was so hyper before the show - I'd let her have some caffeine in the form of an iced coffee drink - I didn't want her to crash during the show and it didn't happen. Oh my goodness. Bee Girl. how cute. how true. I thought it would be that when Ed and Jeff came out alone. Brain of J, wow. Whipping. (someone'd posted that they wanted to hear that one - I hope they were at this show - I love that song) Don't Gimme No Lip. Green Disease (and a nice dis on Haliburton). Wash to open - wonderful to hear that. This felt like a fan club show in some sections, hearing some less usual song selections which I loved (In Hiding, Brain of J, Sleight of Hand...). Then some usual singalongs (Black, Alive, Jeremy, Crazy Mary, not in that order - I've forgotten the order of the set already!), and fun ending Leaving Here before RITF and YL. The beige shirt that someone threw up on the stage had a picture of a coat hanger on it like Eds SNL shirt. Ed tied it on his head for a while. I'm pretty tired and I must go to bed to recharge and then prepare for my fundraiser tomorrow. Thank you Pearl Jam, thank you 10 club. Going to PJ shows is a peak experience. See you in Toronto and Quebec.R.i.p. Rigoberto Alpizar.
