Because I frigging love it!

Mostly because I love Pendulum, but I still think it's super cool.

I am listening to Worcester I and Release into Long Road... crap! :corn:

What do you mean 'dual openers'?
  • What do you mean 'dual openers'?

they have opened all shows with pendulum and then release/long road or one of thier more traditional openers

  • the second song is the song they would traditionally open with. so, you get Pendulum and the the "real" opener follows (Wash, Long Road, Release).

That's a pretty cool idea. Nice to see the band switching things up a bit.

Fucking love it! I want to hear Pendulum every show for the rest of my life. It rules and my only problem with it is that it's not a longer song!

I love it too! I want to hear pendulum every show forever too. Having the second song as a traditional opener makes pendulum feel like a bonus. It's so beautiful... Ed's voice just soars. Would love to hear pendulum follow by a fast opener. Pendulum into breakerfall and I might just lose it. Most definitely

Don't mind it at all. Wish they got to the faster songs sooner though in the set.

Please! I saw 3 shows and no binaural. I have one chance left tomorrow night. I need some binaural. My favorite album. Before wrigley I hadn't seen the band since 1998 so I've actually never seen any binaural live. Poor me.:wink: I will never complain for real but would be so happy to see any binaural songs tomorrow night

I wouldn't like if they continue to open with Pendulum in every show. That would make them really predictible plus i think it would make Pendulum less special. And yes please...PLAY SOME BINAURAL!

I think it's been fantastic. You get an amazing opening song and then another mood setter. But now I want to hear Pendulum --> Hard To Imagine.

I hope you get some! Over the course of four shows in Brooklyn and Philly, I got Slight of Hand. Great but not enough!

This is one of those statements that I will make and then this awesome band will prove me wrong. That said, Release --> Long Road at Worcester 1, even as it was happening felt like it may have been the greatest opening combo I will ever see.

    I love the dual openers.

Been requesting rival for a few months, and brought my sign to Philly 1-2. Will be in Hartford tonight with it :)

I love the dual openers! Every time I start a run of shows the opener is always long road. I've seen release twice and long road 8 times out of my 32 shows. So I kind of expected long road Philly 1 (and got it of course!)

Night two was the same, dual openers, and I got to see wash for the first time ever in 32 shows!!

If I were to see release into long road like Boston... I think I would die!

Really enjoying these tho, as others have said, pendulum is almost a bonus!!

Questions. The show that they played pendulum without lyrics, was it a recording? Or was it the band playing the song with no singing... Was Ed on stage? Just curious about that. Thanks!
