If us Ten Clubbers can't bring it in GA than we don't deserve to be that close to the band. GA sets the tone for everyone else at the show.

There's only so much rocking out you can do when you've got someone rubbing up against you in all directions...

Have a buddy at the show and he says the band is on fire but the GA crowd has little energy. Might be time to open GA up to everyone including public to get some new energy. Nothing worse than fans who have seen the band 30 times but don't show any enthusiasm beyond raising an arm every now and then. Even Rolling Stones pits have energy. Embarrassing.

Monday night w a bunch of 30- and 40- somethings who have enough discretionary income to go to pay for pj tix. meaning, 90% of the crowd needs to be up and responsible tomorrow am.

this aint the 90s any more

ps current era Stones live are pretty weak, so any "energy" from their pits is prolly just hearing aids on overload

Heh ain't that the truth. Worcester 1 was brutal for me living an hour away and having to leave for work by 6am. :) For 2 I decided to go in for 9 and that was still rough!

Edit - I was in reserved partly for that reason !

Some of us 40-somethings do shift work and plan ahead so we can set the clock back 20 years when our favorite band is within a 6 hour drive. I cut loose every time. :)

Dimi... What song replaced Deep in the main set. Or did they just skip it? Did they add anything to the set that wasn't on the list?
