    Hahahaha.....Hell yeah there was really bulletproof glass....no lying!!!! it was at the desk/booth where you had to check into your room! It was like plastic glass with a few rat holes punched through it...hahaha

    They're still up for sale.. but I have the same dilemma... will be a hell of a drive back from DC to the Meadowlands and then back to my house all in one day... plus the following day is my long night (2 jobs, 8AM to 11PM).. might need some rest before that.

    I know what you mean about the 2 hour deal. I went to Holmdel by myself because it was only 2 hours away. That ranks as one of the greatest shows I've ever seen. The situation was different though and it was the last US date. You have tickets for the 1st leg closer. You'll be OK. My friend and I are driving to washington on Tuesday. Washington is a longer drive than east Rutherford. In hindsight maybe we should have gotten 6/1 tickets instead...

    As fans we'll drive ourselves crazy. We don't want to miss any shows. You'll be OK. :)

    Same with me!!!! Before the 5/31 show popped up, there was just a good amount of breaks/off nights between shows....now with that one in the mix, it makes things more difficult! I can't imagine going to DC on 5/30 (I'm staying overnight in DC/Virginia) then the morning of 5/31, driving back to my house to get some things done, then driving to East Rutherford and then coming back that night, then going back the next day on 6/1, etc.! Maybe if I did do that, that is where maybe getting a hotel room the night of 5/31 would work! I just don't know yet!!!!!!!!!!!

    Mike, you better tell me if you bend and get these tickets!!!!

    Right and who will volunteer to actually go on it and look like a jackass. ;)

    Besides, in my college years the only way to properly use a slip and slide is to cover the track with crisco. Then you get the true sliding motion. ;)

    And danielle if I bend you will know... I'm staying in the DC area too and not really looking forward to a long drive to the Meadowlands then back home for only about 6 to 7 hours of sleep. But I still might cave in.. you never know.

    we definately have the best thread on here , almost 2,00 posts.....you guys did a good job on this one...its a shame the rv idea got cancellled...we always do it up..i already got the menu planned out....marinated strip steaks and frying some wings.....
