    Fantastic! Spent the last ten days with my parents and it was an interesting, hilarious and super cool experience! I haven't seen them in almost a year and it was cool to show them "my" America. They are on their plane back to Germany right now and I hope they land safely ... Cav and I and the kitty are happily enjoying our first evening having the apartment back to ourselves right now and even if it was a little sad seeing them go, I am happy to have our life back to normalcy again. I feel blessed having so many wonderful people in my life :mrgreen:

    Starving. Exhausted. Overwhelmed. Haven't had dinner yet bc I had to attend parents welcome back to school night at the middle school. That's after working all day and coming home to cook for the kids so they could eat. I didn't have time to eat and got home after 9. I came home to a cranky, overtired 5 year old and the other two wanting help with homework. Now I have to decompress a bit before finishing my own paperwork for the day. Oh, and eat. Guess I have to skip the workout today. Ugh

    kind of blah. Not looking forward to a day of work with a co-worker that is a bore....hoping she leaves early today so I can at least turn on the radio and enjoy some tunes. Seriously, she only puts the radio on at Christmas. If we put it on she turns it so far down you can't even hear it. She talks to her husband on the phone about 8 times a day, mostly about what they are having for dinner. I know what she eats every morning, noon and night.
