We have quite the number of prospects.
There will be like 4 guys going for 2 spots
( after they sign Stepan )

    Moore looks grewat,
    Lindberg, Kristo too,
and finally maybe we will see McIlrath.

    Game 2 at Philly tonight.

He wasnt so strong last night against Philly IMO. :nono:
He made a few mistakes that stand out, especially in that final period.
But we do have some bright spots.
Lindberg , Fast , even Kristo.
    And holy crap

stepan and NY are close, the discrepancy falls between 6-7 million i think for 2 years.
    not certain.

Brassard does look ready to rock.

Glad to see Dominic Moore back after
what mustve been a rough year on him and if he has any, his kids.

Johan Hedberg has been released from his tryout contract.
Rangers will carry Lundqvist, Biron and Talbot as of now.

Ya man McKiller had 2 giveaways leading to flyers goals. But Brass looks ready and these young guns we got look pretty damn good. That Benoit "ole" or whatever his fucken name is looked strong and had a goal. I'm super stoked hockey is finally back and with a real full season (regular and Olympics). Gonna be fun!

Sather made some good points concerning Stepan last night
in that segment on MSG in between periods w/ John Gianonne.

Was nice to see Staal looking very solid, scoring a goal.

Really impressed with alot of these kids,
shame more than half of them will get cut .
    Kristo, Lindberg , Fast ,
John Moore, Marek Hrivik ,and Maschinter ( one big boy )

Does anyone know when the final cuts for the team are ?
Season starts Oct 3, thats only in about 10 days.

Calgary was all over us in the 1st period while we balanced off for the 2/3 .
Back at it tonight in Edmonton

    ODAYS CUTS TO HARTFORD

Forwards: Michael Haley, Michael Kantor, Danny Kristo and Andrew Yogan.
Defensement: Tommy Hughes, Aaron Johnson, Dylan McIlrath and Danny Syvret.
    Goalie: Cam Talbot

    CURRENT ROSTER

Forward (19): Arron Asham, Brian Boyle, Derick Brassard, Ryan Callahan, Derek Dorsett, Jesper Fast, Carl Hagelin, Marek Hrivik, Chris Kreider, Oscar Lindberg, Brandon Mashinter, J.T. Miller, Dominic Moore, Rick Nash, Benoit Pouliot, Darroll Powe, Taylor Pyatt, Brad Richards, Mats Zuccarello.

Defense (9): Conor Allen, Stu Bickel, Michael Del Zotto, Justin Falk, Dan Girardi, Ryan McDonagh, John Moore, Marc Staal, Anton Stralman,

Goal (2): Martin Biron, Henrik Lundqvist

I can understand McIlrath sent down, but i'm rerally shocked Kristo went,
with all the holes on forward position.
At least they are only a phonecall away in Hartford.

really enjoying getting to know this guy.
So far seems to be real classy
but lets see what happens on the ice.
still dont fully understand his system but
we've had more coaches than we have had in a long time on the bench.

Still cant believe Ulf Samuelsson? wow !

Rangers have cut Marek Hrivik, Chris Kreider, Oscar Lindberg,
Brandon Mashinter, Darroll Powe, Conor Allen and Stu Bickel.

    All headed to the Wolfpack.

wish they could send Bickel further away than Hartford.

I wanted to see McIlrath stay but he is obviously not ready yet.
I also thought Maschinter would've stayed, kinda suprised he's gone too,.

We'll see what we are working with on Thursday.

Totally shocked about kreids but he didn't grab it. My buddy in the league told me when we drafted kreids he wouldn't be better then a 3rd liner. Shit, make the team first.
