    First time in a month I've played a boot.....

    New Orleans 2010

    Opening the 2010 tour, not a bad show nor a brilliant one either. Good warmup at a festival I'd say. So You Want To Be A Rock And Roll Star is a pleasant surprise followed by Lukin and then Corduroy. I feel Instellar Overdrive would have been perfect following Lukin and then Corduroy coming in. Between the end of Lukin and the intro of Corduroy a little momentum is lost for me. Nice to see In My Tree but its not a great version, the intro getting messed up in particular.

    Nothingman, Down, 1/2 Full, Tremor Christ (current penultimate performance of the song) are all highlights as well as the videolink to some of Ed's army buddies.

    Couldn't get into this one. Bit too much sloppy playing for my liking. Maybe the gig was fantastic but the boot doesn't lead me to think it.

    Of The Girl opens and usually this is awesome but it feels disjointed early on and stays that way. Animal & World Wide Suicide after are pretty cool. Nice to see more Binaural love with God's Dice. Later on Present Tense, Wishlist and parts of Black are also fairly disjointed performances. Plus points are Off He Goes and an extended Just Breathe in the 1st encore.

    I was at this show...Ed was having a blast and it was a fun show overall, the crowd was pretty great too. Not sure why you think it felt disjointed.
    No longer overwhelmed it seems so simple now.

    Today I found a stack of old cassettes they include the Melbourne shows from 1995 & 1998 they were recorded from JJJ radio. I have also found a PJ live in Berlin recorded from Triple M radio, but I have no idea what year it was from.
    But I am loving them all!!
