    For that one I just got a frame and mat (cut the mat myself) at Michaels, I think I spent about $40 or so with a coupon. The equivalent now through American Frame would probably be around $120 or so.

    One of the great "small" shows I've been to. Smaller city, smaller venue. A guy with a higher 10c number had pretty good seats (within the first 13 rows I believe). Met Jeff at the water front skate park. Ate poutine. Won 3 posters at the pre-party. Although I'm a Wild fan and the Jets are now our rivals, I still get chills when the crowd does the "Go Jets Go" chant after Inside Job.

    Ed's voice was wrecked and you can really hear it on some songs, but if I really think about it, this is probably a top 5 show for me, in terms of overall experience.

    I've been lucky enough to have chance encounters with 3.5 members of the band. (the .5 is for Boom; not because I don't consider him a member of the band, but only because I walked past him and it took me a minute to realize who he was).

    First was Boom in the French Quarter of New Orleans, the night before 2010 Jazz Fest. I walked by him and did a double-take, and he looked back and smiled. I didn't chase him down. We had just gotten engaged. Didn't want to ruin the moment. Sorry Boom.

    Second was the Jeff story above. 9.17.11.
