Yeah, it was GREAT!!! As you would already know, being a mum, I dont get to do stuff like that much anymore, so two nights in Margies was cool :cool:
Actually quite decent price wise too, booked a holiday house in Prevelly, massive 4x3 in the bush, deck, spa and ended up only $230 per couple for two nights...made a bit of noise on the deck the first night, cranked up really bad 80's tunes i.e B52's and danced our little hearts out

Yeah u should see Foos they have great energy on the stage well worth seeing......U wouldnt want to see multiple shows tho like PJ cos Foos pretty much do the same things night after night...

I was realllllly disappointed the first time i saw RHCP (hmm maybe back in 2000 ish?), but the next time i saw them, they were totally awesome. Not awesome enough for me to $150 to see them last time they toured though!!

Haha...no it was FAAAARK for The Foo's but yeah it was a bit like that. I'm so battered and bruised today! Not much voice left and I'm sure every bone in my feet is broken from guys jumping on my feet. But I don't give a shite, it was worth it!!!!!

Last night was AMAZING!!!! Rob - start getting excited baby!!!! and that goes for all of you that are seeing them.
What a show!! We got up nice and close -and Suz.....We did get that T shaped stage and Dave spent a LOT of time running up and down it. Those guys just have so much fun on stage. Foo's played for just over 2 hours. A lot of songs and a lot of talking - feck he's a funny bugger!
Suz is right though....they pretty much do the same thing every night. Glenn (fishy) posted a youtube of the triangle player a while back - they did that. HILARIOUS!!!! I posted a link the other night where they're backstage , but up on screen teasing about the encore - we got that. VERY funny!!!!
Ummmm.....oh yeah! Tonnes of merchandise - but take plenty of $$$ :( My T shirt was about a third of the size of Glenn's and it cost more!! WTF! My ladies T was $50 and his T was $40.
I got a few photo's and I'll pop them up later - dunno if they're any good or not??
Khaki King was AMAZING!!!! and some guy came on with her for a little while and played what they said was a "bong". I don't know what it was but it was very cool!
If I had've been in a seated section I would've gone for a drink while The Mess Hall were playing. They were OK....but I would've quite happilly have missed them. They were the kind of band that if I went to a pub and they got up and started playing, I'd say "WOW! they're pretty good for 2 guys!" but I wasn't really impressed as far as them supporting The Foo's. I'd rather Khaki King stayed on.
Anyhoo....that's all my head can think of at the moment. I wish I was seeing them again while they're in Aus....they FECKEN ROCKED!!!! and Dave is THE coolest guy on earth!!!!!

And I think as far as his comment last night it was a case of the Foo's were SO GREAT and he knows PJ are even better, so he's really pumped for their next tour. So looks like I won't be travelling around Australia on my own now
