With Sirens, Pearl jam have just written a bigger anthem than their flagship anthem 'Alive'

    the song is a masterpiece in many levels..and yes,has all the power and dynamic to become an anthem..
    no need to be bigger or not of any other song....Alive is something so unique..

    the only thing i know for sure ,is that ,2 days now,fans talking about it nonstop...

    I think this song is gonna go nuts on radio and with joe public.. the world is about to rob our favourite band off us. And that's cool.
    I reckon Sirens is a huge game changer. And it's importance is topdown band to us and soon to be everyone else.

    There's kids out there right now probably hearing it on a radio going wtf?! That's what I was looking for!!!

    Whole new generation is about to come in. That's amazing. So Alive is looking over its shoulder a bit nervously I reckon:)

    Oh dear lord.... :fp:

    No fucking way...Alive has it all. The riff, the lyrics, the monster chorus, amazing solo. The best they can hope for with Sirens is maybe a single that charts well.

    While I've never had a single favourite Pj sing in my 20 year tenure, I can honestly say Sirens has moved in and is sitting comfortably on that heretofore empty throne.

    It's an amazing song.
