Anyone who booked the Hilton Garden Inn got notified that the hotel is overbooked and their reservation was affected? I booked through Booking.com back in August and they just told me today. Might just be Booking.com reservations but I'd suggest you call the hotel to confirm your reservation to be sure.

It still shows up as "confirmed" on my Booking.com page, only thing I can think of is I had requested early check in yesterday, and got a note a few hours later about the hotel being overbooked so maybe they didn't realize until they went to look into my reservation. BOO.

I booked there in August as well, but I went through hilton.com. I still have a confirmation number on Hilton's website, did you check there?

It won't show up on the Hilton website since I went through Booking.com. Lesson learned, go through hotel website whenever possible! It's just that Booking.com is helpful to organize multiple reservations. Ughh!

I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully other accommodations are still available or, if you are brave, maybe some 10c'er could help you out with a bed/couch.

Thanks! I got a room at the Hotel Worcester which is pretty close to the Hilton so I should be OK. I talked to them this morning about my concern about overbooking and they said, "Oh, we don't do that and we have you down so you're all set".

I'm just surprised that it sounds like I'm the only one this happened to, Booking.com made it seem like there were loads of people impacted. They tried to rebook me at Fairfield Inn in Auburn which is 7 miles away, then Beechwood which is 2 miles away.

I booked the Hilton for the 15th and never got a notification that there was overbooking. However, I also booked directly through the Hilton website.

So, it seems the countdown ends at noon on 10/14. Is that right?

This means we have about 30 hours to listen to any songs that we haven't heard before the show starts. I will be traveling all morning on 10/15.

Evening of 10/14 - LB marathon listening session, burn CD, upload to mobile devices, attempt to transcribe lyrics, discuss songs on message boards, etc... Should be a fun night, and it's a must have considering the timing of the these two shows.

Worcester will be the coming out party for the new album.

Anybody looking for a single, TM just had section 125 row EE (3rd row from floor section is before the turn on stone's side). Not showing on the interactive map, you have to use the traditional ticket selection method.
    This weekend we rock Portland
  • another Mainer (Brewer) who'll be in the pit. Being that this is the date of the record release, do you think there is any chance that there will be an in-store performance? total long shot but it would be rad.

Well, got shut out of the ten club drawings for both nights in Worcester..had to pony up a lot of cash for not that good of a seat on night one, but nights 2's seat is much better but still paid a ridiculous price for them.. :(

the Worcester shows were the only ones I attempted to get tix for through the lottery as I'm in SW Florida but have a friend that lives in the area up there. so, I got a plane flight/hotel and tix for both of us and i'm ready to rock! Will be my first trip to Boston and am anxious to check out the place... :)

I'm gonna try and visit the Wishlist event while im there also, and a few of the local pubs and local music scenes so if anyone has any recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.

I dont really like it when at a concert and you hear people yelling out song requests between every tune as if they are a live jukebox for their personal entertainment, but having said that.....there are a few songs I would love to hear them play while I am there but still know: you wont hear me shouting them at the band members to play, so thats why i am putting them here lol
