    Exhausted. I've put in 60 hours this week and I still have work tomorrow. :?

    last Friday evening my close friend was out to dinner with us to celebrate my daughter's & my b-day...

    as of this Friday evening she's been in ICU for the past 48 hours on life-support and she's not expected to wake up

    not sure how to describe this roller coaster... sad, angry, exhausted, numb, overwhelmed...for starters :cry:

    I gotta say I'm fucking FLOORED. I just found out I'm going to the Seattle show. I don't think it's sunk in all the way but O.M.G!!! Feeling very blessed. This is a dream for me. An absolute dream come true.

    Really good. Had a nice walk and a coffee in the sun with 9 other ladies and the weather was perfect, it's like summer all over again.

    guilty. so off my regular diet, eating bad food and drinking... :fp: back on Monday. Cant' tomorrow because like a dummy I bought Arthur Ave Ravioli today....and no way am I missing eating those.

    We have a similar situation where I live. A man beat his wife with a baseball bat in their 7.9 million dollar home. They have three grown children and were married 33 years. She was serving him divorce papers and now she is in a coma and her prognosis is not good. This is someone I don't even know, but we are all devastated by this crime and the brutality of it. Her husband did not run, did not resist arrest and is remorseful.
    Still I feel awful about this terrible event.
    To have a friend on life support is terrible. hugs and prayers to you and her family. Be strong for yourself and those around you. I hope you find peace in your past with your friend and strength for the fight ahead.
