its simple...
i pay attention to all those awesome-not greedy fans here at the forum, and other social media and all those cool fans i meet in person at the shows..
really so great people around,im not wasting time to the ones will find a reason to complain even why their shadow is black color and why the sun rise up from the east and not the west..
Its a reasonably large "community" and there are going to be all types in the community, some will act greedy or selfish at times, some will complain because thats just what they do best, but most are pretty cool."...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
"..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”0 -
I love how there are hundreds of threads dedicated to complaining about the attitudes of maybe 3 dozen PJ fans. They sure know how to get attention! :PWith all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0

When you access the store content sometimes, either the page won't even load properly or you can't access the main page from there because it opens a whole new window. Gotta love the bands music though
No, no you don't .
I'd rather people be greedy for stuff that can benefit all of us, like shows, bootleg releases, new shirt designs than people being greedy by buying stuff just to flip it or just to say they own every bit of PJ merch.0 -

It doesn't really bother me all that much, but you know there are collectors that are just getting some limited item in the mail then tucking it away in their PJ stash and people that would actually put it to use get left out in the cold.0 -

WhyGo91 wrote:I just feel like some people take for granted the already amazing things that they have. Not many bands would go above and beyond for their fans like Pearl Jam does. I mean a HUGE example is what happened a Wrigley. Most bands after a 2 and 1/2 rain delay wouldn't bother coming out at midnight and then playing a whole set until 2 a.m. in the morning. And by most bands I mean about 95% of any band out there would not do that, I could almost promise you that. The thing is, I think that a lot of fans in the Ten Club ARE being greedy.
Just like backseatlover12 had made the point earlier, are people REALLY asking for more shows in a city that already has a show scheduled? I mean, I would get it if you didn't get tickets to the first one, but if you're complaining just because you want to see them again for another night....you need remove yourself from the tit you selfish brat....
Thank you. My point exactly.0 -

.
That money that you spend, that's your own choice, nobody tells you to spend hundreds of dollars for them, so I dont agree, you do not need to be greedy at all.
I only got to see them once in my life so far, and at that point in time, I was in heaven............but why should
I complain, and become a begger..........oh Eddie please play Amsterdan, Brussels or some other town near me........
I patiently wait, enjoy their music on DVD, CD, Youtube.........and wait.......and wait
So all you greedy and wanting people here, just enjoy when there is the opportunity and for the rest,
stop these silly threads and take is as it comes ! :roll:0 -

I have nothing against the band/10c selling all kind of merchandise....To be honest with you...I rarely purchase anything from the 10c anymore...Unless it is vinly or cd etc...I also think one of the reasons that they went with the general admission lottery....Is that this will give a reason for fans to renew their fan club membership....This is just my theory...Not saying it is true....It is good move for the 10c..
I think most fans would just love to see pearl jam somewhat close to home city....When pearl jam is touring to support a new album.....I know pearl jam doens't tour like they did like for Riot Act album....I don't think fans are greedy...I think most fans just don't want to have to travel so far just to see pearl jam....This is just my own opinion....
I was a little disappointed when they announced the general admission lottery...But, I am over it...I am going to two shows via my 10c reserved seats.....It isn't going to be super great seat locations like I am use to....But, not much I can do about it.....

No, my reaction to the thread is what I'm trying to get across. The fact that someone can say something or believe something that he does without even giving it a chance. Greediness goes far beyond just wanting more and more of something. It also includes when someone has been spoon fed everything he/she gets and that at the first sign of something that might taste a little negative, he/she throws a fit. And this is a great example of that. This guy is so use to the older Pearl Jam material that he's already shitting on the new album just because of a song that he hasn't even heard yet! I'm just talking about the original poster, not the rest of the members and their comments0 -
