The opening 3 song combo (Small Town-Corduroy-Do the Evolution) works really well, and all three are solid energetic takes. At this location too, Small Town does truly work as an opener. I've listened to this boot a few times over the last year and all the errors in the main set almost kill it for me. It does have a good sense of energy in most of the songs though and the opening is certainly the best part for me. Also, much like the Atlanta 12 mix, Matt's drums sound wonderful. They didn't sound quite like that on any of the other 2012 boots (including Deluna), not that those mixes were bad. His snare drum is so piercing and bright on these two boots, but with the right amount of depth. Anyways, I feel this is a fairly overrated boot. It's solid, but unremarkable to me. I have a feeling I'm about to be trashed for saying that. :?

Lets be honest here, the only reason it received the "instant classic" label was because it was part of the fund raising effort for the Tester campaign. Put a unique label on any boot and its gonna generate more than normal interest and sales.
