I would have liked to see Emek himself purchase that poster from the scalper then announce the lottery. He then wouldn't have to pay and/or could leave appropriate feedback

So has anyone actually scored one of these? Or gotten a second email giving them the chance to?"Mine is mine and yours won't take its place.."

Was the email address <!-- e --><a href="mailto:contest@emek.net">contest@emek.net</a><!-- e --> or contests@emek.net. (I couldn't click the link so I typed wrote the email address)
I sent 23 to <!-- e --><a href="mailto:contest@emek.net">contest@emek.net</a><!-- e --> right away and it looks like I didn't win.0 -
Got an email about the number 26. Didn't say I won or lost, so I know I lost.
I for one think waiting for 20 minutes to the enter a lottery is stupid. I understand if last minute, but I don't to waste a bunch of time for the opportunity to guess at a number.0 -
I got one! Glad I did, because I missed the 10C poster sale...Aug 18/93 Toronto, May 9/06 Toronto, Sept 11/11 Toronto, Sept 15/11 Hamilton,

I guessed 24 and got one as well. Of course the Wrigley posters went on sale before I was notified so I purchased the concert edition from the 10 club. I guess it's a good problem to have.0

PS congrats and if you have buyers remorse I'd be happy to take it off your hands

I managed to grab one as well with my guess of 25. But like many others missed out on
the 10 club sale of the Schuss a/p and the show versions that went up for sale on Saturday.
I still think is was a BS move by Emek making us F5 for 20 minutes before announcing the
lottery. I don't think it accomplished anything but aggravating everyone involved.4/22/92 St. Petersburg, 8/23/92 Orlando, 3/29/94 St. Petersburg, 10/7/96 Ft. Wrong.... He only accepted so many guesses so if you missed the button likely you didn't even get a entry guess! If it was just open for anyone then it would be a mess, I didn't get one but this is a great ideaEV~Toronto Night 2 - 2008

It was open to anyone who played his little game for 20 minutes. I didn't get any button I just sent him an
email like his message requested. Maybe these posters got into a few different hands than his normal sales
but whose to say those people aren't going to turn around and sell them on ebay which was his reason for the
lottery.4/22/92 St. Petersburg, 8/23/92 Orlando, 3/29/94 St. Petersburg, 10/7/96 Ft. Many of us say it's a great move & many of us think it sucks. His next print for sale is a sweet Flaming Lips foil print edition. I wonder, like many of use here, if someone will put the Flaming Lips print up on eBay minutes before the sale. If so, will there be a lottery because of the flipper(s) or will it be ignored and go on with the regular sale?
One thing I find odd, and really odd lately is the print size artist edition run. It varies widely! For example Ed's last solo tour '12. Artists were able to sell S/N prints out of an edition run size of 200. That's a pretty big edition run seeing that Ed played small theaters. Where as Pearl Jam are playing big arenas, the artist edition print sizes are only 100? Does that make sense? Pearl Jam's last show was held @ Wrigley Field with an attendance of over 35,000+ fan's (not sure what the exact number was), and only 100 s/n prints are given for the artist to sell? They should of be given more then that. I'm not sure if it's the artist decision or Pearl Jam Co's decision on the number of prints that can be sold, but next time, please give the artists more copies to sell to their fan's.0 -

It's not the artist who decides. Another question should be how come they let Ames do 160 and a variant for Wrigley but the other 3 artists were 100?0 -
7 pages of repetitive crap :fp: ... let emek do what emek does. he has been doing it long before any of us knew who the hell he was, and doesn't need us telling him what he should and shouldn't do...0
