    I can, they weren't going to get anyone who can help the major league level back for them.

Phil cant pitch in the new stadium but his road stats are very good. He's ranked 21st overall in MLB in away games in ERA with a min of 40IP, so I find it hard to believe we couldn't trade this guy. We should've bumped him back and let him start yesterday at Dodger stadium instead of letting him get lit up again at the stadium on Sunday.

    I think they make him a qualifying offer. It's a lot of money but I think they'd take pitchers on a 1 year deal

    Definitely too much, but I don't think they would be opposed to that for 1 year, especially with the nonsense out there. Wonder what Hughes would do

    Considering that one scout told me that he thinks Hughes pitches like he has no balls, I can't imagine many other teams feeling differently. There always is the chance though unlikely that someone makes a waiver deal.
