Still reeling but shed a few years today from reality setting in. I had the adventure of a lifetime and the greatest show I've ever seen. Couldn't have been more awesome!

It's going to take at least a week for my body to recover from this weekend, but so worth it....it was amazing. It's going to take some time to reflect on everything that happened...wow.
Show #13 was a lucky one for me....

I paid $20 for one of those Groupon like deals...$100 off windshield replacement AND get a $25 restaurant.com gift card.

Guy came by to install the windshield, and said, "you can take the tape off after an hour and a half, don't drive the car for 2 hours or slam the doors. If you roll down the windows, it will help equalize the pressure in the car"

I left the car right where it was (I even was nice enough to back into the driveway so he didn't have to carry the glass that far from his truck) for 3 hours.

I just went out to take the tape off...and the fucking windshield is cracked! :x

Called the company back..."oh that sometimes happens when there is too much pressure in the car..."
I said, "yeah, the tech said I should roll down the windows because of the pressure, so I rolled down the driver's side and rear passenger windows"
    rep" oh.....you did?"
    me "yes"
    rep "that's weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrdddddddddddddd"
    me "uh yeah"
rep "we have to let the glue set for a week, so we can't come back out until <wait for it.....> Next Tuesday"
    me "okay"

and I didn't get my gift card either

This all sounds so homo-erotic!! which is usually my bread and butter but, Lisa and I were so bummed when we heard you wouldn't be making it..

    *sidenote*
My brother and I hit the back of this chicks car leaving a phish concert back in the day.. it happened in the parking lot, everyone saw.. and because we were on private property, no police could be called and no violation could be issued..
I advised my brother to re-park and get his head together.. we sat for a bit, giggling and happy that we weren't in trouble..
lets leave the lot man, pull back out..
on the I-75 entrance ramp he managed to rear end another car.. THE SAME CAR!! chick gets out in disbelief.. once she realizes its us, I think her life was forever changed..
we sat for the cops and talked.. I think by the time the ticket was issued, she regretted even calling the cops..

    god bless mushrooms and youth..
