52 weeks and 8 hours ago Leigh and I quit smoking. Over the last year, we haven't smoked 14,573 cigarettes between us and saved $2,732!

Yesterday we started our 2 week beer detox, new ultra-healthy diet, exercise program and meditation.

M, W, F: 45 mins of weights, 20 mins meditation, 30 min brisk walk
T, T, Sat: 20 min of stretches, 20 mins meditation, 30 min brisk walk
Sunday: FREE day -- eat and do whatever the hell you want

Diet = lean meat, heaps of veges/fruit, way less carbs. Alcohol restricted to Friday and Saturday night only. Asleep by 11pm at the lastest and awake by 5.30am.

We've both put on a fair bit of weight this year since we quit smoking and we've drunk way too much beer. Time to get healthy and fit.

You go guys!!! :D You'll succeed too. You have determination - you proved that with the smoking :)

I was actually thinking on New Years Eve about you both and your quitting smoking . WOW! I can't believe it's been just over a year now!! It only seems like yesterday, that I was bugging you with PMs....asking how it's going etc; :D
Well done Susan & Leigh
Happy SMOKE FREE anniversary!!! :D

Good on you. If you do it anything like the fags you are on a winner. And remember to walk fast - get that heartbeat moving! Unfortunately I think I should do the same soon too - WAY too much beer

hey.... i got my xmas single too!

But it was left under the letter box at the end of my long driveway in the sun.... it looks like it has been thru a bit on the trip... I.e. getting caught up in a sorting machine or the postie bike ran over it.... fucking post service sucks... they could have knocked on my fucking door! but then they probably know i'd have abused them for the shit state it was in.... opened the package... it's warped to the max :(

When I got Life wated and a Strokes single from the UK it arrived warped after a while it flattened a bit, enough so it didnt sound stupid when played
Sit it somewhere cool and stack something not too heavy on top..

Also I would email the 10c they would have extras.

Hey Rob did u ever purchase any of the 10c fan singles directly from the 10c..
I remembered I asked it was certain yrs available but u had to either send a cheque or send credit card details via an email..
I didnt bother doing it..

I hope mine arrives ok.....Post lady hates me....:p
