Pearl Jam "Ramones style" shirt?

Does anyone know where I can get this shirt? It has all the band member names in a circle. Let me know if you have any info at all. Thanks. The Dude abides...

    Tt was never an official shirt ... think it might have been made for charity. Dont quote me but i understand that the manufacturers were kindly asked to cease and desit the production for quazi-obvious reasons

    funny thing was, nowhere anywhere on that shirt did it have the band name or any of their copyrighted logos (if I recall-I'd have to check mine). just their first names. it wasn't for charity. but it was not for profit.

    I also didn't like that it had Boom's name on it. he's not an actual member of the band.
