Is there a curfew at Wrigley Field?

Since the band is taking the stage at 7:30, a good hour before they usually come on, are they trying to avoid the curfew cutoff by starting earlier?

I haven't heard anything about a curfew. :?

    I think so.
Lollapalooza has a 10pm curfew, so I would assume it's the same for Wrigley.

    I believe the Wrigleyville group/committee voted 11.
I'm certain Bruce and Dave played well past 10.

Here is the ordinance for the concert.....

Shows curfew at 11pm, more importantly beers sales end at 930 pm. Sounds as if DMB and Bruce have exceeded that in the past though according to other posts on the subject.

I was at a festival in Barcelona last month and some of the headliners weren't scheduled to go on until 2-3am!

I remember Animal Collective weren't scheduled to go on until after 3am and I was thinking that something like that would NEVER happen at a venue in North America.

It happens. Just not at venues that are surrounded by homes where people are trying to sleep.

I don't know if they'll ever have this opportunity again, so they better make it worth it!
