I got my Deep Mag today....
And yeah it was folded over in my post box..ggggrrrr@ post lady
Was trying to pull it out without damaging the edges...
It travelled better than last yrs...
Im surprised it didnt get bent or torn travelling with the other post items.
Its just a loose mag, last yr didnt it have a sticker holding the pages together?...
The new tees look cool....especially the white one it looks like its like the Ladies brown tour one.
I dont feel so bad now about some of my tour photos looking blurry.
Theres seem to be quite a few in deep that look just like mine..:)0 -

What do you mean "like the ladies one"? Same cut? All the girls t-shirts we bought have been a ladies cut. But I can't seem to remember a ladies cut of either of those shirts. I'll suss it out and get back to everyone.
It has the same wave logo across the chest in a banner style.
If its a brown ladies tee in a 10...
I will grab one ....ta....:)0 -

Have been listening to Reign Over Me all morning. Pearl Jam should write a rock opera one day. Eddie's got the perfect voice for it.

Ive been listening to Yield and Vitalogy...0 -

Yeah there was a sticker holding together the pages of the last issue. I think the mags are being opened by Australia Post. Yeah, what's with the blurry photos? Hardly any decent pics of Ed in there at all .. most disappointing. My crappy Sydney 1 photos are way better than those. The photographer was trying to be artistic I suppose. :rolleyes:Sydney, Australia - March 12, 1998; Sydney, Australia - February 14, 2003; Sydney, Australia - November 8, 2006; Sydney, Australia - November 25, 2006; Brisbane, Australia - November, 2009; Gold Coast, Australia - January, 2014, Gold Coast, Australia - November 20240 -

Or perhaps the photographer wasnt allowed to use his flash either...
Im so wishing I would have used the vid on my cam instead of trying to take a pic of Ed doing Masters of War at Newcastle...
If only we could do it all over again....:)0 -

Every time I look at my Sydney 1 photos I nearly cry. They seem sooo far away and most of them are blurred, or someone's big boofy head is in front of the lens. I posted them on Life Wasted after the show and was so embarrassed after I saw everyone else's great pics that I removed them. This is the probably the best photo of the lot. Would be perfect for Deep magazine, don't you think?

bazzer wrote:Well, I mean does it look like something someone would pay $1000 for? I realise beauty is in the eye of the beholder but still... Do you have any other PJ posters? Most PJ posters are silkscreened, so you can see the paint on the poster. I haven't seen any of the cheap knock offs, but I imagine they're like a regular poster (digital print or something like that). Do you know what I mean? You know like those free psoters you might get with an album, they just kinda look cheap. Like that photo of the metallica one. I don't thnk I'm really helping.
I wouldn't be too bummed out. You didn't pay for them and didn't know what you were getting so it's no loss. Buy a cheap frame and put it in and it will look just as good as the real thing
Nah it definately doesnt look like something that is worth a grand. Ah well all that excitement for nothing.
Thanks for the help tho bazzer. CheersI'll ride the wave where it takes me.0 -
