    We weren't ready before so we never tried to quit...but it did get to the point where we were both REALLY sick of it, started looking at the habit as really disgusting and I developed a really bad, hacky cough. AFter 1 day of quitting I'm coughing and wheezing about a 1/3 of what I was!

    Last night we went really well....except I ate 2/3 of a packet of those 98% fat free rice crackers and Leigh ate a whole packet of rice cakes! Better than smoking though! These nicotine patches are fucking great! We're not even in shitty moods!!!

    Leigh got 2 Lord of the Rings PC games and I got Married with Children Season 1 boxset and Fresh Prince of Bel Air Season 2 boxset! We're just trying to keep ourselves as focused on something as we can so we forget!

    You have a point about the whole job thing. You know what....it really doesnt bother me. If I happen to leave the Cafe and a company doesnt hire me because I have a tattoo..... then you know what... its their loss. These days so many people have tatts. If i got one that said "Go Fuck yor Mother" then maybe I would expect some back lash.. I think I will be in hospitality forever anyways and they are way more lenient then a damn Real Estate Place!! ;);)

    I fuckin Love that Bag! I told everyone at work all about it! They were like... great another Pearl Jam story from Trudie!! There was one girl who knew what I was talking bout..... the whole uber internet friend thing..which made me feel i wasnt living in some fantasy land!!

    Day THREE on the patches. Just vacuumed and mopped the house and the bloody patch fell off -- must be because it's so hot here today. I've had to sticky tape it back on! :D

    So far everything is going surprisingly well! Haven't had a beer, cigarette or cone for THREE DAYS! And all I can say is this:

    Being pregnant for NINE MONTHS is going to be FUCKING BORING!!!! ;)

    But I feel good -- still feel like I should be doing something all the time and I look around and then realise the "thing" I should be doing is smoking! It's really weird. Got to retrain my brain. But at least I'm not coughing or getting asthma nearly at all anymore! YAY!

    So Andy has only just started playing poker.....and he keep beating me the mother fucker! He's a good bluffer and has been getting was better hands than me. I guess I keep thinking he doesnt know what good cards he has in his hands and hoping he's gonna fuck it up....but no.... beginners luck....:(
