Cool coasters. Not so cool contest. Only 3 sets of 6 coasters for this contest? Wish they had these for sale for the public.

Every vinyl order I've purchased / received from What Records had a tracking number. Received an order shipped email. The order is placed in my account. But yet, no tracking number for me.

It's past a month now & still nothing from What Records. :(

It's true we usually get stuff from the UK to Canada in a week or 2 which is pretty sweet!
Why I'm shocked this hasn't arrived yet.

I still haven't received my package from what records. Did you ever hear back from them? I've sent two emails and have had no reply. My account says it shipped almost 30 days ago.

I ordered a few things to make the shipping worthwhile but none of them were preorder items.

Tim does the business @ What Records. Last week I sent him an email and he said he would get back to me from his shipping department team. I haven't heard back yet. So I sent him another email last night. Waiting for a reply on that one.

I know very much that packages shipped from What Records have to be signed at the door or picked up @ the post office. Cause the last few vinyl's I bought from What Records I had to sign for all of them, so they are traceable.

Mine was shipped out May 21st. I thought I was the only one waiting from What Records.

Well, I just received the full refund on the Mother Love Bone purple 2LP vinyl set from What Records. That's fantastic!!

I pretty much get a slip in my mail box to pick up items @ the local Canada Post center, that don't fit the mail box.

I received a very sarcastic 2 line email from Tim just a few moments ago after sending a threat to dispute my order with pay pal. He basically said, "if you are spending $100 on a package, wouldn't it be smart to spend just a little more on tracking?" Seems like extremely bad customer service to me. now i am just angry AND i don't have the vinyls i ordered.
i am sorry they refunded you! now you don't have one either!!!

On the other hand, why didn't you pay for tracking? He can't control waht happens once he's sent it out (and for sure he sent it out). It's only a small operation (I think?) so refunding just a few lost packages could make a big difference.

I had placed orders many times before with What Records. Pearl Jam's Live Broadcast, Mad Season, Live on Ten Legs etc.. All these vinyls that I have received, all came with tracking numbers. If I wasn't at home, I was left a slip from Canada Post to pick them up at the post office. They would scan the bar code & I would have to sign to pick up the item. They would never leave these vinyls at my door. None of these orders did I ever choose the Yes, + £5.30 extra.

Not many folks post on the boards. I have posted this on my Facebook & Twitter pages, where many friends also haven't received the purple vinyl from What Records yet. All waiting for reply's back from Tim for refunds. I thought I was the only one waiting. karicorbitt was the 2nd one here on the message board right after me that haven't received it.
