Thanks to all and an update on my wife

Good Morning,

I feel horrible that it has taken me this long to get on here for an update. Monies have been really tight for us and our internet service has been on and off until recently. Shawna is doing fairly well these days. She has an appointment with her spinal surgeon the first week of July. We are keeping our fingers crossed that he will give the go ahead on getting the physical therapy started. A few months back he believed that she would need a full year of it but we are hoping that with how much she has improved that it will be much less. Our boy's are doing great. Between playing guitar, swimming, riding bikes and summer sleep overs they have been really happy.

I have been very reluctant in what I've been needing to share with you all. Reason being is you all have been so wonderful to our family. With all of the love, kindness and support this is the hardest thing that I've had to share with you in a long time. Before I do...I want you to know that we appreciate and care deeply for our friends on here. I hope that things do not change (relationships) and that I haven't let you down. Please know that we have been blessed by you all and with this new job. Working from dusk till dawn, six day's a week has been a dream come true. My neck has healed, my back is doing well. I feel so strong and ready to take on the world again. Life has truly been wonderful and things have been falling into the right places for us.

Since I started this new job I was able to bring the majority of our bills which were three-five months behind up to date. Along with some major vehicle expenses paid so I can continue working. Although the main problem which I thought that I had all figured out has taken a horrible turn. Within the past six weeks we had a $1,500 truck repair, two months of mortgage payments, overdue utility bills and other necessary expenses. We were able to pay everything for the most part and things were looking very good for us. Until today... I have been touching base once a week with our mortgage company about how to get our payments caught up. A week ago I was told things were fine. I was catching up on the payments. We had an agreement with the bank to pay another pymt. on June 20th which I did. They know that on July 5th another pymt. is scheduled and then we were going to do a check by phone for another pymt. on July 18. At that point we would be under the 45 day mark.

Today we received a notice of foreclosure. We only have 3 1/2 years left on the mortgage. I am going to continue with what I agreed to as far as payments. Also, they told me to write a letter about all of the discussions and agreements due to the fact that they have said "THEY HAVE NO RECORDS OF THOSE DISCUSSIONS". Which I'll be faxing over. I have an appointment with a Home Preservation company next Monday. They work with lenders and the bank said that if it works out they can set us up on a payment plan for what we're behind on.

We have almost made it through all of our trials and tribulations. We are so close. We are praying that it all works out for us. I wasn't sure about sharing this all with you but we both agreed that we sure could use your thoughts, prayers and wishes at this point. Please send us your good vibes and love that is all. We think we have it all worked out but of course it is going to take a miracle. We are hoping and praying that we make the best choices and that we will be guided through strength and faith. We love you all and will be checking in from time to time.
