    I just mix them to my liking. Usually, I dice two beets (peeled and raw) and add a medium sized apple, aso diced. Then I chop a spring onion, and add a heaped tablespoon of horseradish. Sometimes I add a little olive oil and pepper and salt or a spoon of Greek yogurt. You can experiment :) It's superdeliscious and mega healthy. Best if it has sat in the fridge for a bit.
