    Six egg omelet with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and jalapenos.

    I'm on a high protein and vegetable/fruit diet, lost 35 lbs in a nine week period. Started at 210 lbs, now a bit under 175 lbs. Lost four pant sizes in that period, oh yes, I get to go pants shopping, yuck.
