Erica Nigrelli, a teacher at Elkins High School in Missouri City, Texas, was 36 weeks pregnant when she fell unconscious in front of her class three months ago. Luckily, three co-workers started CPR, but when she was taken to the hospital for an emergency cesarean section, she was already technically dead (her heart stopped beating). Although she officially went through what was considered a post-mortem delivery, her heart was restarted after she gave birth and she came back to life Bella Cullen-style. Both mom and baby Elayna are doing fine and should return home soon.
