What do you mean it's too high?

It's an apropos quote from Major League. I edited the post to include the full quotation and added quotation marks.

Sorry, I'm not one who believes that baseball is some sort of magical ceremony with called shots, shattered lights (spoiler alert: the book ends differently) and ghosts in fucking cornfields that help you resolve your daddy issues. It's a game, which should be fun. Major League is fun.

So maybe I meant too highfalutin/highbrow.
Yeah, no need to get highbrow with baseball movies. Major League is an entertaining baseball movie, and is fun, and I love that Ken Griffey Jr. and all those other players are in it. But there is nothing wrong with romanticizing the game with ghosts and smashed lights either. Yes baseball is supposed to be fun. Bit it's also supposed to give people a sense of magic. All's fair in baseball movies!

What's the appropriate age a kid can watch the Bad News Bears today? My son just turned 11. It was PG in 76 which means it could be NC-17 today.
