I still think Field of Dreams is #1 and Bull Durham #2 one that i haven't seen listed that i like is Summer Catch. And that's only maybe 50% because of Jessica Biel.
I reluctantly took my daughter to see The Sandlot this summer. (She wouldn't take no for an answer.)
It sucks as much now as it did when it came out, especially for a young girl. Misogynistic shit movie.
But at least it led to some good discussions about how girls are perceived to be weak by boys and how that poisoned idea perpetuates throughout our society as a whole, taking the decade of the film's setting into account and driving home how relatively nothing has changed and how a lot has only gotten worse.
Even more than last season, when she was dubbed "The Enforcer" by her coach, she has something to prove on the ice this season. Watch out!
the original sandlot or the sequels?

Trouble with the Curve isn't bad. It has Clint Eastwood in it. Not the best but just thought of a baseball movie that wasn't listed yet.
