    Sounds like a standard 10c plug. They want you to sign up sooner so they can have the money now and announce shows a few months later.

    This will be the first real test for the lottery system. Wrigley wasn't really fair as everyone and their goat was trying for that one show.

    If they announce 20+ show tour, more fans will get to see at least one show while less fans will get to see multiple shows (at least via 10C).

    Now the real strategy begins. What cities require a priority 1 while what cities can you get by with a priority 2. Or do you go to a not-so-popular city and make that your priority 1 to increase your odds.

    Oooooooh the possibilities.
