Ooh...I like this idea. And yes, someone really needs to make a B-rated horror movie about Dirty Frank... :corn:Show #13 was a lucky one for me....0 -

Asshole holier-than-thou professor, who purposely makes things extremely difficult to try and trick everyone, told us she made us a study guide for our upcoming final. Class is stunned/happily surprised. Goes to a slide that says "KNOW ALL THE THINGS!" You suck."Sometimes you find yourself having to put all your faith in no faith."

Reminds me of....
My expository writing professor was a notorious hardass, especially when it came to grades.
One day, he was handing our papers back. I glanced down at mine worriedly and was stunned to see an 'A' on the top of the page. I showed my buddy, and he had also gotten an 'A.'
What?
After the prof was finished handing back all our papers and the classroom was sort of abuzz, he said, "I just wanted to see all your smiling faces. Turn over your paper to see your real grade."

Really!? That's terrible. all my lecturers have been great this year, really supportive and have given lots of good advice and help but without doing all the work. Teaching is not about catching people out but giving people knowledge and perhaps more important than that the tools and enthusiasm for the subject long after they have finished their studies. Education should be a life long endeavour.
I saw this video yesterday making the rounds:

I've been putting hemp hearts in my smoothies every day, they taste like...well, hemp seeds-okay, like pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
Ever since then, every time I see Johnny Pistachio's user name on here I think, "I wonder if pistachio's would taste good in my smoothie"The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
